Dwayne Johnson is the founder and Executive Director of The Trucking Collective, Inc. He dedicates his time to leading Bible studies, offering biblical counsel, and providing resources for trucking employees and their families to grow in their relationship with Christ. He has 35+ years of experience in the trucking industry in a variety of positions: driver, dispatcher, shipping manager, operations manager and recruiter. Over 20 years have been in full-time ministry to the trucking community, many of those in executive leadership. His passion is to help people in the industry find real purpose in Jesus Christ and grow in their relationship with Him. He is a veteran of the United States Army, husband to Brenda, and father to four amazing adult children and four beautiful grandchildren. He is also a car enthusiast and loves to ride his Harley Davidson whenever he gets the chance!
Brenda Johnson is co-founder and Business Director for The Trucking Collective, Inc. (TTC). She handles the many details on the back end of the ministry and is Dwayne’s number one fan and support. She brings 35+ years of experience to the ministry in the areas of finance and administration. She handles the communication and business aspects of TTC, allowing Dwayne to focus on the leadership and relational areas of the ministry. Family is very precious to Brenda, and her children and grandbabies are a source of extreme joy, making her laugh like none other—as does their goofy cat, Cobra. She inherited two things from her parents: a godly legacy and an appreciation for classic cars. She loves driving her ’68 Camaro and soaking up God’s beautiful creation (especially Lake Michigan).
